Commentary: The Same Love That Made Me Laugh is the showpiece single of the LP, with its loping sensual beat accented adeptly with keyboard and wah-wah guitar. Railroad Man, Heartbreak Road, You, and Ruby Lee are excellent examples of Bills versatility, showing both cohesion and creativity. A fantastic LP.
